Custom Emails from Exceptions

From the photos the driver have taken, being able to click and easily email it to customer. For example a customer has contaminated recycling. The driver uploads a photo. From the office, being able to send the photo to the customer with a custom email would be nice. Right now we can't send a custom email unless it is with an invoice. Maybe even being able to attach it to their portal somehow would be nice.
